You'll need: dumbbells (variety of sizes), as well as, a bench/chair/ottoman.

Warm-Up well!

Circuit 1: 7-minutes through

10 Pop-Ups per leg

10 Pivot Lunges (10 total, 5/leg)

10 Donkey Kicks per leg

Circuit 2: 7-minutes through

10 Bent Over Rows per arm

10 Bicep Curls while in Sumo Squat Hold

10 Leg Droppers per leg

Circuit 3: 7-minutes through

10 Weighted Leg Abductions per leg

10 RDLs

10 Chest to Floor Push-Ups, modified

Circuit 4: 7-minutes through

10 Overhead Tricep Extensions

10 Push Press

10 Glute Bridges
