Exercise 1:
3 sets of 10 repetitions: Sumo Squats
1-minute of: Alternating Abductions
Exercise 2:
3 sets of 10 repetitions: Romanian Deadlifts
1-minute of: Alternating Donkey Kicks/Glute Kickbacks (elevated)
Exercise 3:
3 sets of 10 repetitions: Stationary Lunges, 5 reps per leg
1-minute of: Side Shuffles
Exercise 4:
3 sets of 10 repetitions: Kneeling Squats
1-minute of Resistance Clamshells, 30 seconds per leg
Exercise 5:
3 sets of 10 repetitions: Lying Knee Extensions
1-minute of Windshield Wipers with criss-cross at the top
