Recorded Class: Upper Body Weights

This Iron Fit class features weighted Upper Body movements.

You'll need: dumbbells (variety of sizes), as well as, a bench/chair/ottoman.

Warm-Up well!

Exercise 1:

4 sets of 45 seconds | Static Hold with Bicep Curl (2 sets RIGHT, 2 sets LEFT)

Exercise 2:

6 sets of 45 seconds | Single Arm Shoulder Press, Single Arm Shoulder Press, Double Shoulder Press

*Sets 4/5/6 - take a Close Grip Press variation

Exercise 3:

Superset, Single Arm Bent Over Row into Single Arm Reverse Flye

4 sets of 25 seconds

Exercise 4:

Superset, Chest Flye into Skullcrushers

4 sets of 45 seconds

Exercise 5:

Tri-Set, Single Arm Front Raise, Single Arm Lateral Raise, Elevated Push-Ups

6 sets of Front & Lateral Raises - 30 seconds/each, Push-ups - 45 seconds
